  • How many shoes do I need?

    No Shoes No News is our motto. But a pair of flip-flops and / or gym shoes could come in handy sometimes

  • Do you have mosquito nets in the room?

    We have mosquito nets in the Beach Bungalows, Jacuzzi Beach Villas, Water Villas and Sulthan Villas. It would be advisable to bring insect repellents if you know that you are attractive to the mosquitos.

  • Please can you advise me if you are having any gala Meals or special event on New Years Eve?

    We do have a "GALA DINNER" on both Christmas and New Years and our guest relations staff also host special activities for the occasion.

  • Could you please advise me the effect that Ramadhan has on tourists at your resort, for example, is alcohol still available?

    Ramadhan effects the clients very little. Alcohol is still available also during Ramadhan.

  • Do you have email and internet facilities available to the guests?

    Yes, we do offer WiFi connectivity in you rooms. The login and password is sold in the Kuredu Shops. We also have an internet café in the Akiri Shop. You can plug your laptop to the telephone cable in your room, but please check with the Front Desk the number you need to dial for the connectivity.

  • Can we book directly with the Hotel?

  • Can we reserve a specific room?

    Yes, you can make a request and the resort will make every effort to allot your room as requested but due to operational reasons, it will not be guaranteed.

  • Is it possible to get married on Kuredu?

    Maldives is a committed Islamic nation and hence a legal marriage would not be possible. However, you can renew your wedding vows on the Sangu Beach at the sun set. Kindly access the details from the “Romance” section of this web site.

  • Do I need Aqua Shoes?

    Aqua Shoes could be good to have if your staying in a Beach Bungalow or an "O" Beach Villa.
    Parts of the beach where those rooms are located do have some hard pieces of coral.

  • Does the Resort have a Child Policy?

    Yes. For the sake of safety, overwater facilities are available only for guests above 12 years of age. This includes Water Villas and ‘O’ Resort Facilities. As Sangu Restaurant is the allocated main restaurant for the Water Villa guests, Sangu Restaurant and Bar is also restricted to guests above 12 years of age only.
