    Please leave these personal items in your villa, however, we do provide jewellery boxes for our guests to keep personal items safe. We do not assume liability for personal items.

  • What if I'm late for an appointment?

    Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.

  • Gift Certificates

    Our gift certificates for particular spa treatments, packages, products or dollar value are an ideal idea. They are fantastic year-round gifts for any occasion. Valid for 3 months.

  • Reservations

    Advanced booking prior to your arrival is recommended to secure your preferred time and date of treatments. All advanced bookings require a credit card at the time of booking.

  • Smoking & Alcohol

    Smoking and the consumption of Alcohol within the Spa environment is prohibited. We also recommend that Alcohol not be consumed before, during and immediately after your Spa treatment.

  • Cancellation policy

    Treatments you select are reserved especially for you. We understand that you may need to change or cancel an appointment, but we do ask that you provide 6 hours notice for all treatments. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged when required notice is not given. Full charges will be imposed for a 'no-show'.

  • Refund policy
