Everything you need to know before your island escape

Reservation Policy

To guarantee your reservation, a deposit of 10% of the total booking value is required. The remaining 90% balance must be paid as per the payment policy.

If full payment is not received by the applicable due date, Kuredu Maldives reserves the right to cancel the reservation in accordance with the booking terms and conditions.

Cancellation

• 50% charge for cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival.
• 100% charge for cancellations received less than 15 days prior to arrival.
• 100% charge for cancellations received less than 45 days prior to arrival for peak season (for Arrivals between 24th December thru and including 10th January).
• Cancellation Charge would be the Total cost of the stay including Airport Transfers.

No-Show

If you fail to arrive on your confirmed check-in date without prior notice, a no-show charge equivalent to the full cost of your stay, including seaplane or speedboat transfers, will apply.

If your international arrival flight is delayed, a rearrangement of your seaplane transfer will incur an additional one-way transfer fee.

Early Departure

If you depart earlier than your confirmed departure date, 100% of the remaining stay will be charged, including any applicable transfers and Gala Dinner fees.

Refunds

All approved refunds are subject to an administrative processing fee. This deduction covers non-refundable banking and credit card network charges incurred during the initial transaction.

Amendments & Date Changes

Any date changes requested within the applicable cancellation period will be treated as a cancellation and a new reservation. Charges are subjected to the cancellation policy.

Payment

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Until payment is received, bookings will remain on a waitlist.

Waitlisted reservations will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received by the following deadlines:

• Peak Season (24 December–10 January): Full payment is required at least 45 days prior to arrival.
• Year-Round: Full payment is required at least 30 days prior to arrival.

A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to guarantee your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in accordance with the applicable payment policy.

We accept all major currencies, including US Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR), and British Pounds (GBP), as well as major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express (Amex).

Please note that USD 100 white-series banknotes and Great British Pound (£20 and £50) paper banknotes are not accepted at the resort.

Communication & Security

Kuredu Island Resort & Spa will neither contact you through automated or prerecorded telephone calls nor via generic email accounts such as Gmail, Hotmail, or Yahoo. All official communications will originate from a verifiable Kuredu Island Resort & Spa telephone number or email address.

If you are ever unsure about the authenticity of a communication claiming to be from Kuredu Island Resort & Spa, please contact us at reservations@kuredu.com before responding or taking any action.

Travel Insurance

To ensure peace of mind throughout your journey, we strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance that includes coverage for trip cancellation, health emergencies, accidents, and baggage protection.

Check-In & Check-Out Times

Check-in is available from 2:00 PM, and check-out is required by 12:00 noon on the day of departure.

Group Booking Policy

For information regarding group bookings, please contact our reservations team for assistance and specific arrangements.

Meals & Beverage Plans

All guests staying in the same room, as well as families or groups occupying multiple rooms, must select the same meal and beverage plan for all occupants for the entire duration of the stay.
