For the 21st time in a row, Kuredu Resort & Spa, Maldives, is participating in the largest community-based environmental campaign in the world – Clean Up the World.

This Sunday, 20th September 2015, you are cordially invited to join us as we give a big shout-out to the stunning environment that we’re privileged to visit by attending the house reef and beach cleanups.

We hope that this year’s event will be as successful as all the previous ones were, and will again prove that individuals’ actions can make a difference, although it may sometimes feel that we are just a drop in the ocean.

Last year, over 150 team members and 50 guests were willing to lend a hand in collecting debris that the ocean had swept onto the house reef, the beach and some of the nearby uninhabited islands.

On Sunday, you can show your commitment to preserving this patch of paradise for generations to come and at the same time remind the world that heavenly places like the Maldives shouldn’t be taken for granted. Although we may not see them that often, we all carry the responsibility for keeping them healthy and clean.

We can’t do everything, but each one of use can do something!
