See you under the stars!

For the fourth year in a row, Kuredu Resort & Spa will be joining Earth Hour, the global environmental event under the auspices of the WWF.

By switching off the lights for an hour this Saturday, millions of people across the world will show their commitment to the planet and to tackling climate change. Earth Hour is more than just an event–it’s a movement that has had many tangible outcomes and has brought about a major mindset shift in the sense that with joint efforts, a lot can be done to protect the beautiful nature we are endowed with.

Apropos beautiful, on Saturday night, Kuredu will look prettier than ever! While trying to save 60% of our energy consumption, there will be no trade-off in comfort; on the contrary, you will be able to enjoy an evening under the starlit sky, just like you pictured your perfect evening in the Maldives.

Guests, allocated to the two restaurants in the main area, will be spoilt in the romantic ambiance of a candlelit dinner on the main beach. At the ‘O’ Resort, Earth Hour dinner will take place by the pool, and Sangu will be sprinkled with romance both by the pool and on the beach.

98 chefs, 50 waiters and a number of other team members have been working hard to organize a beautiful, candlelit dinner for you all, hoping that you will completely switch off, between 20:00-21:00 during the Earth Hour event, and during the rest of your stay at Kuredu.
