If you’re counting down the days until you arrive at Kuredu Maldives for a tropical Christmas you can get ready to swap a winter wonderland at home for an underwater wonderland with Prodivers! While there will be no snow, ice or chilly toes, Kuredu’s Prodivers team will ensure your adventures feel christmassy in every other way so get ready for a jolly splashing Christmas!
23rd December – The festivities begin with a good deed before Christmas – join us for a lagoon clean up.
Christmas Eve – Divers can enjoy a 2-tank to Caves during the morning and then, in the afternoon it’s the Kids Treasure Hunt!
Christmas Day – Listen out for the ‘Ho ho ho’ on 25th December and it might be possible to catch a glimpse of the man in red! Also on Christmas Day is a special 2-tank dive to Express.
Boxing Day – Join the special Christmas Family Snorkel Boat or even Santa’s Scooter 2-tank dive!
On 27th December, kids can join the Discover Snorkelling activity and after the sun has set, snorkelers can go Night Snorkelling to discover the magic of the ocean in the dark!
Go on a snorkelling adventure to Turtle Airport on 28th December, and on the 29th, kids can join the Discover Snorkelling and another Kids Treasure Hunt.
On 30th December, divers can join the Scooter 2-tank in the morning and enjoy the last night dive of 2024 once the sun has set. Join the Prodivers team in the bar later in the evening for our Ocean Discovery presentation.
We’ve got Lazy Last Dives planned for New Year’s Eve before we all get ready to party! On New Year’s Day, our divers can recover from dancing the night away before joining a special afternoon 2-tank.
Activity information:
Introduction to snorkelling sessions – for the whole family and just for kids too. Get familiar with the snorkelling equipment and techniques and open up a whole new world of adventures.
Family snorkel boats can be enjoyed by all – see turtles, rays, and fish of every colour possible – there may even be dolphins playing alongside the boat.
Bubblemaker – Children aged 8 and above can try diving in the lagoon amongst fish and maybe even turtles. The Bubblemaker activity is scheduled on request so pop into the dive center and talk to our team, or send us a message before your arrival if you have any questions.
Discover Scuba Diving – no course just lots of fun diving under the expert supervision of our experienced instructors – for anyone who has always wanted to try diving – don’t leave Kuredu without seeing the amazing underwater world on the reefs – starts every 2nd day.
Family and beginner dive boats will be scheduled throughout the holiday period so please do come and ask at the dive center.
Noon Atoll* – For those wanting to venture further afield, check the program for the Noon Atoll Full-day trip – a visit to Christmas Rock is bound to add to that festive feeling.

As well as the festive activities there will be the usual full program of daily diving and snorkelling activities with extra family-friendly boats organised throughout the holiday period. So, pack your Santa hat and get into the spirit of things in the water!
