Luxury wine cellar opens at Kuredu, Maldives

As we speak, a lovely festive spirit is ubiquitous at Kuredu Island Resort & Spa, Maldives. An since ’tis the season of common overindulgence, there couldn’t be a better time to announce the latest addition to the resort’s wide array of feasts for your senses.
It was with great pleasure that we today opened a luxury wine cellar with 1,100 bottles of world-class wines. Located at the Sangu Restaurant, the wine cellar boasts a hand-picked selection of exclusively available wines.
Taking delight in pairing the delicacies, prepared by Kuredu’s culinary team, with a bottle of premium wine from the wine cellar, will add grandiosity to your holiday in the Maldives and a hedonistic touch to any personal celebrations you may have whilst at Kuredu.
Mr Ken Flockhart, the resort’s General Manager, did the official ribbon-cutting, together with our 29-time repeater guest, Mr Sidney Urdang.
The wine cellar is staffed with a resident sommelier, making it the first one of this kind among the CCR resorts.
