For wine lovers, novices and true connoisseurs alike, we organized a formal 5-course degustation dinner at The Beach Restaurant last Saturday, featuring a range of Italian limited-release and boutique style wines from Santa Margarita group of wineries.

After a pre-dinner cocktail with a fine glass of bubbles and live music by duo Sonny & Johanna, guest were invited to indulge in a carefully orchestrated dinner to pair wine and food.

Our guest speaker Mr. Francesco De Alessi from Santa Margerita flew in to introduce and describe each fine wine before the next course was being served, highlighting the perfect pairing with the food. His presence and expertise was an added value to the dining experience and created a memorable experience for our guests.
