It’s with great pleasure to let you know that TUI has granted Kuredu Resort & Spa, Maldives, the title “2015 Environmental Champion” (TUI Umwelt Champion).

Every year, questionnaires filled out by TUI holidaymakers, many of which book their stay at our resort, together with measurable environmental performance, are used to ascertain the most environmentally friendly hotels worldwide.

The award is given to recognize the achievements of those hotels that meet the technical and organizational requirements of sustainable and responsible hotel management, focusing on areas such as energy and water savings.

Kuredu is well aware of the responsibility that we not only have for our guests, but also for generations to come. The TUI award reestablishes our forward-looking policies in various fields of the resort operation and our commitment to preserve this incredible environment so long years from now it will still be a favourite holiday destination to many.
